为进一步规范特种设备作业人员管理,方便广大作业人员复审换证,强化企业主体责任特别是作业人员的安全管理,根据新修订的《特种设备安全监察条例》,国家质检总局对《特种设备作业人员监督管理办法》(总局令第70号)进行了修订,并于近日公布了《国家质量监督检验检疫总局关于修改<特种设备作业人员监督管理办法>的决定》,自2011年7月1日起施行此次修订对原《特种设备作业人员监督管理办法》部分内容进行了修改,并对条文的顺序作出了相应的调整和修改,现将修订后的管理办法刊登如下,供读者参考
