本文研究了稀土元素对60CrMnMo热轧辊用钢夹杂物大小、形态与属性的影响,同时测试了不同稀土含量的60CrMnMo钢在工作温度的塑性、冲击韧性及室温的冲击韧性,从而得出,提高60CrMnMo钢的塑性和韧性的合适加入量应为0.05～0.10%。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth elements on the size, shape and properties of inclusions in hot rolled 60CrMnMo steel were investigated. The plasticity, impact toughness and impact toughness of 60CrMnMo steel with different RE content at working temperature were tested. It was found that 60CrMnMo Steel plasticity and toughness of the appropriate amount should be 0.05 to 0.10%.
