我们自1961年提出克山病的生物地球化学病因说以来,一直从两方面进行探索:一是利用实验病理学方法从病区粮食、蔬菜和饮水中寻找致病因素;二是对病区外环境中能引起心肌缺血、缺氧的因素进行研究,以期能逐步阐明克山病病因。本文将就我们在克山病病因研究工作中的进展作一综合报导。
Since we proposed the etiopathogenisis of Keshan disease in 1961, we have been exploring in two aspects: one is to use experimental pathology to look for the pathogenic factors in the food, vegetables and drinking water in the ward; second, Environment can cause myocardial ischemia, hypoxia factors in order to be able to gradually elucidate the cause of Keshan disease. This article will give a comprehensive overview of our progress in the research on the etiology of Keshan disease.
