目的 :观察分析恶性肿瘤患者血中 Tf R、TPO的表达水平及其作为骨髓功能监测指标的意义。方法 :用双单克隆抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法 ( EL ISA)方法 ,检测了 17例首治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者血中 s Tf R、TPO水平。结果 :2例 s Tf R升高 ,1例伴有上消化道大出血 ,另 1例伴有脾功能亢进症 ;12例 s Tf R正常 ,3例减低 ,肿瘤患者中 ,12例有贫血。 14例患者的血清 TPO增高 ,其中伴有贫血的 11例 ,正常的 7例 ,增高的 5例。结论 :晚期肿瘤患者多伴有贫血 ,s Tf R未能反馈性增高可能与恶性肿瘤患者存在着骨髓抑制或铁代谢异常有关。 TPO水平增高并非仅主要受血小板低下的调节已有报道 ;本组结果也证实这一结论 ,TPO血中浓度是否与肿瘤性贫血有关 ,有待进一步研究。因此结合 s Tf R与 TPO分析方能更全面地反映骨髓功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the expression of TfR and TPO in the blood of patients with malignant tumor and its significance as a marker of bone marrow function monitoring. Methods: The levels of s Tf R and TPO in 17 patients with advanced malignant tumor were detected by double-monoclonal antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Two cases had elevated s Tf R, one with hemorrhage of the upper gastrointestinal tract and the other with hypersplenism; 12 had normal sTf R and 3 had a decrease; 12 of the tumor patients had anemia. Serum TPO increased in 14 patients, of which 11 were associated with anemia, 7 were normal, and 5 were elevated. Conclusion: Patients with advanced cancer often have anemia. The failure of sTf R to feedback increase may be related to the existence of myelosuppression or abnormal iron metabolism in patients with malignant tumor. TPO levels increased not only by the regulation of low platelet have been reported; The results of this group also confirm this conclusion, whether the concentration of TPO blood tumor related anemia, pending further study. Therefore, combined with s Tf R and TPO analysis can more fully reflect the bone marrow function.
