利用静态腐蚀实验并结合SEM和EPMA等分析技术,研究了Hastelloy N合金和316L不锈钢在700℃Li F-Na F-KF(FLi Na K)熔融盐中的长时间腐蚀行为。结果表明,两种材料在FLi Na K熔盐中均表现为持续腐蚀,其中Hastelloy N合金耐腐蚀性能优于316L不锈钢。Hastelloy N合金表现为微弱的均匀腐蚀,Cr由合金基体均匀向外扩散;316L不锈钢主要以晶间腐蚀为主,Cr沿晶界向外扩散。浸泡时间增加,Hastelloy N合金单位面积失重先增加然后逐渐减小,316L不锈钢单位面积失重先快速增加,然后逐渐趋于平稳。两种材料在氟化物熔盐中腐蚀行为差异主要与合金化学成分不同有关。
Long-term corrosion behavior of Hastelloy N alloy and 316L stainless steel in molten salt of LiF-Na F-KF (FLi Na K) at 700 ℃ was studied by means of static corrosion test and SEM and EPMA analysis. The results show that both materials show continuous corrosion in FLi Na K molten salt, and Hastelloy N alloy has better corrosion resistance than 316L stainless steel. Hastelloy N alloy showed a weak uniform corrosion, Cr uniformly diffused from the alloy matrix; 316L stainless steel mainly intergranular corrosion, Cr along the grain boundary outward diffusion. The immersion time increases, the weight loss per unit area of Hastelloy N alloy first increases and then decreases gradually, and the weight loss of 316L stainless steel increases rapidly first and then gradually becomes steady. The corrosion behavior of the two materials in the molten salt of fluoride is mainly related to the different chemical composition of the alloy.
