学校教育阶段是未成年学生身心健康成长发育的关键时期,学校应该保证未成年学生在校期间的人身安全,在保证未成年学生生理健康的同时,还要注重对未成年学生的心理健康教育。教育的目标就是培养全面发展的人,全面发展包括身心两方面都得到健康发展。事实证明,不仅要给青少年一个健康的体魄,还需要赋予他们健康的心理。而当前青少年的心理健康状况令人担忧,相当比例的青少年心理处于亚健康状态。因此学科教学中渗透心理健康教育是一种必然的选择。通过渗透心理健康教育的内容,使学生养成积极向上的人生态度和对学习的信心,把优良的品德转化为良好的行为习惯和心理品质,促进学生形成健康人格。实际上各科教材中蕴藏有不少适应
