大连机场坚持依托文化促进发展,把文化建设和机场建设紧密地结合起来,围绕“建设国内一流机场打造城市第一窗口”总目标和“持续安全,优质服务,科学管理”三大抓手,着力构建具有空港特色的安全文化、服务文化、经营文化、质量文化和人才文化。通过反复实践和凝练,形成了“高度重视、持续改进、全方位推进”的安全文化、“以人为本、设身处地、无微不至”的服务文化等文化理念。广大员工自觉地将企业文化落实到本职工作中,将文化力转化为凝聚力、创造力和生产力,增强了机场核心竞争力。2009年大连机场荣获大连市企业文化建设示范基地荣誉称号。
Dalian Airport insists on relying on culture to promote development, closely integrating cultural construction and airport construction, building a first-class urban window around “building a domestic first-class airport”, “total goals and “continuing security, quality service, and scientific management”. We will focus on building a safety culture, service culture, business culture, quality culture, and talent culture with the characteristics of an airport. Through repeated practice and conciseness, we have formed a culture of safety culture, service culture of “people-oriented, placement, and meticulous service” such as “highly valued, continuous improvement, and all-round advancement”. The employees conscientiously implemented corporate culture in their own work, transformed cultural power into cohesion, creativity and productivity, and enhanced the airport’s core competitiveness. In 2009, Dalian Airport won the honorary title of Dalian City Enterprise Culture Construction Demonstration Base.
