在欧盟研发创新日益紧密结合社会经济问题的大背景下,捷克提出“工业4.0”倡议以及智能专业化发展战略,希望利用欧盟、国家以及私人资金加强研究与创新,提高研发创新能力,加强经济竞争力。捷克需要通过绿色、智能发展应对社会挑战。捷克已经具备相当优势发展智能专业化、实现“工业4.0”;捷克与中国的战略伙伴关系也有助于双方在“一带一路”倡议下的共同繁荣。
Against the backdrop of increasingly close integration of research and development in the EU with socio-economic issues, the Czech Republic proposed the “Industry 4.0” initiative and its smart specialized development strategy, hoping to use EU, state and private funds to strengthen research and innovation, enhance R & D and innovation capabilities, and strengthen Economic competitiveness. The Czech Republic needs to tackle social challenges through green and intelligent development. The Czech Republic already has considerable advantages in developing smart specialization and realizing “Industry 4.0”. The Czech-Chinese strategic partnership also helps both parties to achieve common prosperity under the Belt and Road Initiative.
