法律援助是健全社会主义法制,实现“中国梦”是保证社会高速发展的基础政策之一。作为对全体人民的权利基本保障,制度越完善越能保证社会的稳定。在新的机遇和时代背景下我国应该构建什么样的刑事法律援助是极具研究与讨论价值的。笔者将立足于国内目前刑事法律援助工作的背景,结合国家出台的一系列法律制度做出探讨研究,分析当前国内刑事法律援助现存的劣势,并提出相应的改革建议与完善制度的意见,以供各位同仁交流参考。
Legal aid is one of the basic policies to ensure the rapid social development by improving the socialist legal system and realizing the “Chinese dream.” As a basic guarantee for the rights of all people, the more a system is, the more it can guarantee social stability. Under the new opportunities and the times, what kind of criminal legal aid should be constructed in our country is of great research and discussion value. Based on the background of current domestic criminal legal aid work, the author will make a study and discussion based on a series of legal systems promulgated by the state, analyze the current disadvantages of criminal legal aid in China and put forward corresponding suggestions on reform and perfect system for Members exchange reference.
