署名权是作品创作者所持有的一项权利,是我国《著作权法》中一项重要的著作人身权。“挂名”是指没有参与创作或者仅为作品的创作提供非关键性的辅助性活动的人在他人作品上署名的行为。在作品上“挂名”是一种不正当的署名的行为。其两类“情非得已”型和“沽名钓誉”型挂名都是侵害署名权的行为。
The right of authorship is a right held by the creators of works and is an important personal right in the Copyright Law of our country. “Distinguished Name ” refers to the behavior of others who have not participated in the creation or only provide non-essential auxiliary activities for the creation of the work. On the work “naming ” is an act of improper signature. The two types of “love androgyny” and “fame and credit” type names are all acts that infringe upon the right of authorship.
