本文介绍用极值控制器自动聚焦高倍率光学显微镜的方法。所用的原理是使扫描得到的目标信号的某些高频成分的振幅达到最大值。根据要求的功率谱选择这些频率成分需要的最佳带通滤波器,根据实际目标的谐波振幅的统计变化解释稍许偏离最佳值的原因。还介绍了使用峰值保持控制器的实际可行的系统,在这个系统中,对焦点的平均摆动偏移小于光学系统的允许焦深。
This article describes the use of extreme controller automatic focusing high magnification optical microscope method. The principle used is to maximize the amplitude of certain high-frequency components of the scanned target signal. According to the required power spectrum, the optimal bandpass filter for these frequency components is selected and the reason for the slight deviation from the optimal value is explained based on the statistical changes in the actual target harmonic amplitudes. Also presented is a practical system using a peak hold controller in which the average swing offset of the focus point is less than the allowable depth of focus of the optical system.
