目的:对市售鹿茸饮片的真伪进行鉴别,以期为其质量控制提供依据。方法:应用电可控液晶滤光光谱成像装置(窄带紫外光源的中心波长为254 nm,光谱分辨率为5 nm,光谱覆盖范围为400~720 nm)对不同市售来源的14种鹿茸饮片进行光谱成像分析,提取鹿茸对照品与各鹿茸样品的特征光谱曲线,并运用主成分分析法对特征光谱曲线进行解析。结果:光谱成像法对14种鹿茸饮片的真伪鉴别结果与传统的性状、显微鉴别结果一致。结论:光谱成像分析技术可用于鹿茸的真伪鉴别,且该方法简单、快速、无损、客观。
Objective: To identify the authenticity of commercially available antler slices, in order to provide a basis for its quality control. Methods: 14 kinds of pilose antler pieces from different commercial sources were applied by using electronically controlled liquid crystal (LC) filter imaging device (the center wavelength of the narrow-band UV light source was 254 nm, the spectral resolution was 5 nm and the spectral coverage range was 400-720 nm) Spectral imaging analysis was used to extract the characteristic spectral curve of the pilose antler control and each antler sample, and the principal component analysis was used to analyze the characteristic spectral curve. Results: The authenticity of fourteen kinds of pilose antler Pieces by spectral imaging method was consistent with the traditional character and microscopic identification. Conclusion: Spectral imaging analysis can be used to authenticate pilose antler, and the method is simple, rapid, non-destructive and objective.
