在批林批孔运动的推动下,湖南省冶金矿山井巷建设公司第二工程队全体职工,高举“鞍钢宪法”的旗帜,发扬艰苦奋斗,自力更生的革命精神,在参加浦市磷矿的施工中,于1974年3月～4月期间,用25个工作日创造了多头掘进1801.3米(9067.24米~3)的好成绩,提前72天超额完成了上半年施工计划,实现了快速施工,为“开发矿业”,支援农业作出了贡献。
