相信每位妈妈看到自己熟睡的宝宝,都会生出无限的甜蜜与幸福感。但在实际生活中,宝宝的睡眠问题常常让爸爸妈妈倍感疲惫。那么,如何让宝宝安然入睡?按时睡觉:在宝宝入睡前0.5~1小时,应让宝宝安静下来,不看刺激性的电视节目,不讲紧张可怕的故事,也不玩新玩具。晚上入睡前要洗脸、洗脚、洗屁股。睡前让孩子排空小便。脱下的衣服应整齐地放在相应的地方,要按时上床、起床,逐步形成按时主动上床、起床的习惯。
