应用喉气管瓣修复晚期梨状窝癌累及颈段食道术后缺损２例，术后分别随访４年和２年，效果满意。此术式取材方便，操作简单，血运丰富，吻合口瘘发生率低，患者痛苦小，是一种修复下咽及颈段食道缺损较理想的方法
The use of laryngotracheal flap for the repair of late pyriform sciatic carcinoma involving 2 cases of cervical esophageal defect was followed up for 4 years and 2 years respectively. The results were satisfactory. This technique is convenient, simple operation, rich blood supply, low incidence of anastomotic leakage, patients with little pain, is an ideal method for the repair of hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal defects
