龙南小学是徐汇区一所普通公办小学,近年来,学校承办了龙华街道第二十届中小学科技节和区庆祝少先队建队58周年主题集会,接待了区校长、书记岗位培训班学员,举行了师生画展……在家长中、社区里乃至区教育系统都有较好的反响。这一次次的活动能够取得成功,得益于学校有一支日趋稳定的教师队伍,有一种风正气顺的团队精神,有一个温馨和谐的工作氛围。作为一名年轻的校长,回顾这三年的学习、实践与探索,我认为通过提升教师的职业幸福感,打造一支温馨和谐的团队是推动我们学校发展的力量源泉。
Longnan Primary School is an ordinary public primary school in Xuhui District. In recent years, the school has hosted the theme gathering for the 58th anniversary of the Young Pioneers Construction Team of the 20th Primary and Secondary Science and Technology Festival of Longhua Street and has hosted the trainees of district principals and clerks’ posts training classes. The teachers and students art exhibition ...... In the parents, the community and even the district education system has a good response. This time and again activities can be successful, thanks to the school has an increasingly stable team of teachers, there is a righteous team spirit, a warm and harmonious working atmosphere. As a young schoolteacher, reviewing the three years of study, practice and exploration, I think that by promoting teachers’ professional well-being, creating a warm and harmonious team is the source of strength for our school’s development.
