1990年,江苏全省外资企业的发展进入了一个新阶段,到9月底止,已投产开业的外资企业562户,比1989年全年增长35.1％,其中,合营企业466户,合作企业26户,外商独资企业5户,其他类型企业65户;销售和经营收入27.2549亿元,比1989年全年增长37.2%。 1、我省利用外资,在一定程度上起到了弥补资金不足和外汇紧缺的作用,同时增加了国家税收收入。据统计,到1989年底,外资企业实际投入资本29501万美元,出口创汇企业196家,其中创汇一百万美元以上的纯创汇企业37家,1989年直接出口创汇9789.9万美元。涉外税收收入自开放以来到目前为止已累计达4.5亿元。
In 1990, the development of foreign-funded enterprises in Jiangsu Province entered a new phase. By the end of September, 562 foreign-invested enterprises had already started production, an increase of 35.1% over the entire year of 1989, of which 466 were joint ventures and 26 were cooperatives. There were 5 wholly foreign-owned enterprises and 65 other types of enterprises. The sales and operating income was 272.549 billion yuan, an increase of 37.2% over the whole year of 1989. 1. The use of foreign capital in our province has, to a certain extent, played a role in making up for the shortage of funds and the shortage of foreign exchange, and at the same time it has increased the state’s tax revenue. According to statistics, at the end of 1989, foreign-invested enterprises actually invested capital of 299.01 million U.S. dollars, and exported 196 foreign exchange-generating enterprises, of which 37 were pure foreign exchange earning companies earning more than one million U.S. dollars. In 1989, they earned direct foreign exchange through exports of 97.899 million U.S. dollars. Foreign-related tax revenue has so far totaled 450 million yuan since its opening.
