从对高职教师教学能力发展现状分析入手,从制度、文化、个体层面探讨制约高职教师教学能力的因素,并据此提出提高高职教师教学能力的对策。
Starting with the analysis of the status quo of the development of teaching abilities of higher vocational teachers, this paper discusses the factors restricting the teaching abilities of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of system, culture and individual, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve their teaching abilities.
