沥青混凝土路面是我国现阶段高速公路采用的主要路面形式。然而由于各地区气候环境、交通量及经济条件存在显著差异 ,因此对沥青路面性能要求不同。本文结合几个不同地区具有代表性的沥青路面设计实践 ,对评价沥青结合料的规范进行了探讨 ,阐明了沥青混合料材料设计 ,必须依据环境特点 ,结合沥青面层应力场和温度场的分布 ,进行切实的材料和结构设计 ;强调了施工工艺对保证沥青路面最终使用性能的重要作用。为了减轻沥青路面水损害 ,提高表层抗滑功能 ,多碎石嵌挤骨架密实沥青混合料是一种理想的路面材料 ,但应进一步研究面层整体密实结构的抗车辙问题。
Asphalt concrete pavement is the main pavement adopted by our country’s expressway at this stage. However, due to the significant differences in climatic environment, traffic volume and economic conditions in various regions, the performance requirements of asphalt pavement are different. Based on the practice of asphalt pavement design in several different regions, this paper discusses the evaluation of the specification of asphalt binder, and clarifies that the design of asphalt mixture material must be based on the environmental characteristics and the distribution of stress field and temperature field , The actual material and structural design; emphasizes the construction process to ensure the final performance of asphalt pavement important role. In order to reduce the water damage of asphalt pavement and improve the skid resistance of the surface layer, the multi-gravel embedding skeleton compact asphalt mixture is an ideal pavement material, but the anti-rutting problem of the overall dense structure of the surface layer should be further studied.
