服务创新在产业发展中有着重要的作用,越来越被制造企业和研究者重视。本文设计了基于服务创新的服务增值管理驱动力模型,并运用网络分法(ANP)评价了制造企业服务增值管理的驱动力。评价结果表明:实施服务增值管理的企业在服务创新方面有更高的绩效;企业实施服务增值管理的关键驱动力是战略与管理、顾客、技术轨道、服务专业化轨道。最后基于关键驱动力提出制造企业服务增值策略。
Service innovation plays an important role in the development of industry and is paid more and more attention by manufacturing enterprises and researchers. In this paper, we design a driving force model of service value-added management based on service innovation and evaluate the driving force of manufacturing value-added service management by using network sub-method (ANP). The evaluation results show that: the enterprises implementing value-added services management have higher performance in service innovation; the key driving force for enterprises to implement value-added services management is strategy and management, customer, technology and service specialization. Finally, based on the key drivers put forward to create value-added business services strategy.
