各市、县、自治县人民政府,省政府直属各单位:按照省委、省政府有关领导关于对我省近期发生的几起群体中毒事件进行调查的批示精神,省卫生厅委托省疾病预防控制中心组成的群体中毒事件处理情况调查组,对近期几起中毒事件进行深入细致的调查。经省政府同意,现将有关情况通报如下:一、中毒概况从2003年3月17日至6月18日仅3个月时间内,我省共发生食物中毒事件10起,其中,海口3起、澄迈2起、白沙2起、文昌1起、儋州1起、陵水1起;中毒人数共257人,死亡4人;10起中毒事件中,学校6起、中毒师生175人。

Overview of poisoning In the mere 3 months from March 17, 2003 to June 18, there were 10 food poisoning incidents in our province, including 3 in Haikou 2 from Chengmai, 2 from Baisha, 1 from Wenchang, 1 from Danzhou and 1 from Lingshui. There were 257 poisoned persons and 4 deaths. Of the 10 poisoning incidents, 6 were from schools and 175 were poisoned by teachers and students.
