一个城市的别墅扎堆区必然是自然环境优良与交通优势集中的地域。而京城的传统别墅区早就有“一山”.“两河’”三线“”四高“之说,当然,业界耳熟能详的则是中央别墅区.奥北别墅区以及西山别墅区。不过,在2007年.别墅呈现出全面飘红的局面.所谓别墅区也早已不再局限于原来的三大区域,城南.怀密.亦庄等原来并不被别墅开发商及业主们看好的别墅区以其便利的交通.优越的自然环境而备受青睐,并逐渐形成了别墅区。
