在当前全球经济一体化和我国市场经济快速发展的背景下,企业经营与发展所面临的外部市场环境和经济形势都发生了极为深刻的变化,变得更为复杂,竞争也更为激烈。企业发展面临着越来越多的新问题、新挑战,传统的企业经济管理方式已难以适应当前市场经济环境的变化,迫切需要改革创新,这也成为了当前阻碍企业经济发展的一个主要原因。本文主要分析了当前企业经济管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了一些创新策略。
Under the background of the current global economic integration and the rapid development of China’s market economy, the external market environment and economic situation faced by enterprises in operation and development have undergone profound and profound changes that have become more complicated and the competition intensified. Enterprises are facing more and more new problems and new challenges. The traditional mode of economic management of enterprises has been hard to adapt to the changes of the current market economy environment and the urgent need of reform and innovation, which has also become one of the major obstacles to the economic development of enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the current economic management of enterprises and puts forward some innovative strategies.
