手法按摩作用于人体,从而引起机体各种生理反应,其主要的因素有:按摩手法的不同特点、按摩力量的大小、操作时间的长短、频率的快慢、按摩时使用的介质、被按摩的部位以及人体生物电的相互作用等等。为了探索适宜的操作时间和方向,我们采用肢体血流图为指标,选择了常用的揉捏按摩手法,对24名成年男女的一侧小腿进行不同操作时间和不同方向的按摩,测定双侧小腿按摩前和按摩后30分钟内血流图的变化,现将结果报告如下:
