在传统的兽医院校教学模式中,教学管理与学生管理通常为分离制形式,但职业院校的学生在学习能力、行为特点等方面都与普通高校存在差异,有着自身显著的特殊性,因此笔者认为在畜牧兽医教学管理中应充分结合职业院校学生的自身特征,即开展教学管理与学生管理的联动机制。以下本文就结合职业院校学生特点,从教学管理与学生管理的协调联动视角,对畜牧兽医院校的教学改革展开探讨,旨在促进畜牧兽医院校教学质量的不断提升。
