运用中国2003—2011年省际面板数据,采用动态综合评价二次加权法构建科技基础设施和技术引进的量化指标,实证分析二者对技术创新的贡献度,并基于门槛回归模型重点考察科技基础设施二次创新效应的差异性。研究发现,科技基础设施与技术引进是我国技术创新的重要力量;科技基础设施存在显著的二次创新效应,其弹性系数因市场环境和创新环境的不同而存在明显的门槛特征。
Based on the panel data of China from 2003 to 2011, the quantitative evaluation index of science and technology infrastructure and technology introduction was constructed by dynamic comprehensive evaluation of secondary weighting method. The contribution of the two to technological innovation was empirically analyzed. Based on the threshold regression model, the key scientific and technological basis Differences in Secondary Innovations of Facilities. The study found that the introduction of science and technology infrastructure and technology is an important force in technological innovation in our country. There is a significant secondary innovation effect in science and technology infrastructure, and its elasticity coefficient has obvious threshold characteristics due to the difference of market environment and innovation environment.
