本文报道了结扎家兔单侧输卵管壶腹部对卵巢功能的影响。主要结果是:结扎侧和对照侧的卵巢静脉血血浆孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E_2)含量对比,没有显著差异,结扎侧和对照侧卵巢的黄体个数也无显著差异;但卵巢HCG/LH受体结合力结扎侧比对照侧明显低下(P<0.05)。提示结扎家兔单侧输卵管壶腹部对卵巢功能不产生明显的影响。
This article reports the effects of unilateral tubal ampulla ligation on ovarian function in ligation of rabbits. The main results were as follows: there was no significant difference in plasma progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) levels between the ligation and control sides, and there was no significant difference in the number of luteal ovaries between the ligation and control sides. However, The binding capacity of HCG / LH receptor on the ligation side was significantly lower than that on the control side (P <0.05). Tip ligation of unilateral tubal ampulla of rabbit ampulla on ovarian function did not produce a significant impact.
