我厂清洗机械零件,以往采用汽油、煤油和柴油,每年用油量达60余吨。且在车间、库房内清洗,还存在着失火等事故的隐患。为节约能源,减少环境污染,改善清洗作业的劳动条件,提高零部件的防锈能力,我们按照北京市机械局关于“以水代油”清洗机械零部件的指示精神,于1980年7月份以来,在广内开始推广使用北京南苑化工厂生产的32-1金属净洗剂。试用表明,这种净洗剂价格便宜,泡沫低,使用效果良好。
