目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及多平面重建对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值,提高对颅内脂肪瘤的认识。方法:回顾性分析14例颅内脂肪瘤患者的多层螺旋CT表现及多平面重建图像表现。结果:颅内脂肪瘤多层螺旋CT特征性表现为中线及附近的脂肪密度影,CT值-25~-120Hu,平均-61.6Hu,病灶边界清楚,无明显占位效应。多平面重建图像能清楚显示肿瘤形态、大小、合并的畸形及与周围结构的关系,能全面、立体地显示病变特征。结论:多层螺旋CT及多平面重建技术在诊断颅内脂肪瘤中有很高的临床应用价值,其多平面重建技术可以任一平面重建图像,能与MRI相媲美,弥补了轴位CT图像的不足。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT and multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of intracranial lipoma and to improve the understanding of intracranial lipoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 14 cases of intracranial lipoma in patients with multi-slice spiral CT manifestations and multiplanar reconstruction images. Results: The characteristics of intracranial lipoma multi-slice spiral CT were characterized by midline and nearby fat density, CT value -25 ~ -120Hu, average -61.6Hu, the lesion border clear, no significant placeholder effect. Multiplanar reconstruction images can clearly show the tumor morphology, size, the combined deformity and the relationship with the surrounding structure, can comprehensively and stereoscopically display the lesion characteristics. Conclusion: MSCT and MIPA have high clinical value in the diagnosis of intracranial lipoma. Multiplanar reconstruction can reconstruct images in any plane and is comparable to MRI, which makes up for axial CT images Insufficient.
