科学研究证实,一般在男性32岁,女性28岁以后,骨钙每年会以0.1%~0.5%的速度减少。男性一生中丢失的骨钙约为20%~30%,女性则可高达45%~50%,因此,女性比男性更需要补钙。钙对于女性,所起到的作用不仅仅是增强骨骼,预防骨质疏松,还可以减缓女性月经前的不适症状,防止高血压和肠癌。补钙,对于处在以下四个特殊时期的女性,更显得尤为重要。
Scientific research confirmed that, in general, 32-year-old men and women 28 years of age, bone calcium will be reduced by 0.1% to 0.5% per year.
