目的　探讨脑卒中抑郁与脑损害部位的关系。方法　应用 CT扫描脑卒中的病灶位置 ,按 Starkstein法将病灶分为前后位。结果　 1 2 1例脑卒中抑郁患者有 1 73个病灶 ,其中位于大脑半球前部 1 2 4个 (71 .68% )、后部 49个 (2 8.32 % )。除双侧病灶以外 ,病灶位于大脑半球左侧69例 (63.89% )、位于右侧 39例 (36.1 1 % )。结论　脑卒中病灶位于大脑前部和左侧时易发生抑郁 Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral depression and stroke depression. Methods CT scan of stroke location, according to Starkstein method will be divided into anterior and posterior lesions. Results There were 1 73 lesions in 121 patients with stroke, of which 124 (71.68%) were in front of the hemisphere and 49 (2.82%) in the back.
