逆反心理在企业管理中是一种常见的心理现象,这种心理现象,常常给管理人员带来不快或烦恼,直接影响着管理活动的效率。因此,为了保证一个健康的管理环境,就必须对逆反心理采取一定的措施加以消除。下面就从逆反心理形成的原因和消除措施两个方面进行阐述。一、逆反心理的形成原因 1、好奇心作怪。人都具有好奇心,猎奇心理往往导致越是不让知道的事,越想尽快知道,越是不让干的事,越要去干。 2、由人们一般的心理特点所引起。人们都有这种心理状态:“得之弥艰,视之弥珍”。越是难以得到或得不到的东西越是想得到它,容易得到的东西反而不太令人珍惜。
