面向干支线船舶衔接的集装箱码头泊位分配模型

针对集装箱枢纽港干支线船舶的中转作业,提出了一种新的中转作业模式,即部分中转集装箱不经过堆场堆存,直接在干线船和支线船之间中转.从平衡船舶的延误成本、集卡与场桥作业成本的角度建立基于干支线衔接的泊位分配模型,优化干支线船舶泊位分配计划以及衔接计划.设计求解模型的启发式算法,并对模型与算法的有效性进行了验证.结果表明:基于新装卸模式的泊位分配方法可以降低中转作业的总成本,提高干支线船舶的衔接效率,对提高集装箱枢纽港的竞争力具有重要意义. Aiming at the trans-shipment of dry-branch vessels in container hub port, a new transit operation mode is proposed, in which part of the trans-shipment containers transit directly between the main line vessel and the feeder vessel without going through stockpile of the yard and from the delay cost of the balanced ship, Set up the berth allocation model based on dry-branch connection, and optimize the berth allocation plan and cohesion plan of dry-branch ship, design and solve the heuristic algorithm of the model, and verify the validity of the model and the algorithm. The results show that the method of berth allocation based on the new loading and unloading mode can reduce the total cost of transit operations and improve the connection efficiency of dry-branch vessels, which is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of container hub ports.
