1999年10月11日下午,中国铁路文工团召开全体职员大会,决定: 1.开除满文军同志公职,并向有关部门通报,声明今后满文军的一切活动皆与中国铁路文工团无关; 2.根据满文军同志近年来为铁路职工演出的场次状态,已经不配享有高级艺术职称资格。因此,决定免去满文军同志艺术二级职称资格; 3.收回1996年优先分配给满文军同志的二居室住房。 这样严厉的决定,在演艺圈里并不多见。记者就此决定,采访中铁文工团的一位负责人,问其原因是什么? 这位负责人对满文军作了一个较为全面的评说。
