以微型计算机技术为基础,对淬火油冷却曲线测定装置进行改造,研制出淬火介质冷却性能微机测试系统。试用结果表明,该系统测试精度较高,计算数据准确,测试结果重复性好,查询检索方便。文中介绍了系统硬件配置和软件设计的总体方案,分析了系统的特点和设计技巧,给出了在温度标定中应用的三次样条函数插值法和在温度处理、冷却速度求值中应用的五点三次平滑公式的数学原理和算法。
