目的了解10%环氧乙烷和90%二氧化碳混合气体对有害生物的杀灭效果。方法采用直接吸入染毒法,观察试靶动物中毒时间及死亡情况,并经过模拟现场试验与集装箱现场验证。结果该混合气体施药剂量为100g/m3时,对实验室内害虫的KT50均在71min内,当施药剂量为50g/m3时,KT50均在163min内。在模拟现场和集装箱现场试验中,每种试靶动物在预定的施药剂量和熏蒸作用时间击杀率均达100%,与实验室结果相符。实验室及现场试靶动物24h死亡率均达100%。结论阐明了10%环氧乙烷和90%二氧化碳混合气体杀灭靶标昆虫在不同剂量及作用时间的关系,为今后集装箱熏蒸工作中设定正确的投药量及时间提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the killing effects of 10% ethylene oxide and 90% carbon dioxide on pests. Methods The method of direct inhalation exposure was used to observe the poisoning time and death rate of the target animals. The results of field tests and container field tests were carried out. Results The results showed that KT50 was within 71min when the mixed gas was applied at 100g / m3, and KT50 was within 163min when the dosage was 50g / m3. In the simulation site and the container field test, the killing rate of each target animal at the scheduled application dose and fumigation time reached 100%, which was in good agreement with the laboratory results. Laboratory and field test animals 24h mortality rate reached 100%. Conclusion The relationship between 10% ethylene oxide and 90% carbon dioxide gas mixture to kill target insects at different dosage and duration of action is clarified, which provides a scientific basis for setting the correct dosage and time in container fumigation in the future.
