随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,热害问题已经成为矿井生产中的一个难题。首先介绍了回路法的基本原理和计算步骤,然后引入了热阻的概念,并利用回路法对实际按需分风网络进行了通风优化。对热害严重的巷道进行了热阻计算,通过将热阻嵌入通风网络后进行解算,得到了新的优化方案。对比2种优化方案,可以看出热阻的存在对通风优化过程有着十分重要的影响。
With the continuous increase of mine exploitation depth, the problem of heat damage has become a problem in mine production. Firstly, the basic principles and calculation steps of the loop method are introduced. Then the concept of thermal resistance is introduced, and the loop method is used to optimize the actual on-demand air distribution network. The thermal resistance of the roadway with severe heat damage is calculated. The thermal resistance is embedded in the ventilation network and then solved, a new optimization scheme is obtained. Comparing the two optimization schemes, it can be seen that the existence of thermal resistance has a very important influence on the ventilation optimization process.
