目的 :通过小鼠腔前卵泡 (preantralfollicles)体外培养 ,探讨白蛋白、血清、FSH对腔前卵泡体外发育的影响。方法 :在培养液中添加白蛋白、血清或血清 +FSH ,观察其对小鼠腔前卵泡体外生长发育的影响。结果 :白蛋白组、血清组、血清+FSH组腔前卵泡体外存活时间分别为 2 .6 4± 1.37d、4.83± 1.6 8d和 6 .72± 3.87d ,3组间有极其显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。血清 +FSH组中腔前卵泡出现卵泡腔的比率为 14.86 % (2 5 / 16 8) ,排卵率为 17.2 6 % (2 9/ 16 8) ,卵母细胞成熟率为 48.2 8% (14/2 9)。血清组和血清 +FSH组均有卵泡聚集现象。结论 :血清和FSH均能显著延长小鼠腔前卵泡体外存活时间 ,促进生长发育 ,并能引起卵泡的聚集。FSH在卵泡腔的形成中有决定性的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of albumin, serum and FSH on the development of preantral follicles in vitro by mouse preantral follicles cultured in vitro. Methods: Albumin, serum or serum + FSH was added to the culture medium to observe its effect on the growth and development of mouse preantral follicles in vitro. Results: The survival time of preantral follicles in albumin group, serum group and serum + FSH group were 2.64 ± 1.37 days, 4.83 ± 1.6 days and 6.72 ± 3.87 days, respectively. There was extremely significant difference among the three groups P <0 0 0 1). The ratio of ovarian follicles in the serum + FSH group was 14.86% (2 5/168), the ovulation rate was 17.2 6% (2 9/168), and the oocyte maturation rate was 48.2% (14 / 2 9). Serum group and serum FSH group have follicular aggregation phenomenon. Conclusion: Both serum and FSH can significantly prolong the survival time of mouse preantral follicles in vitro, promote the growth and development and induce the follicles to accumulate. FSH plays a decisive role in the formation of follicular cavities.
