煤炭企业是我国能源建设的重要组成部分,企业内部对管理人员的绩效考核与评价体系建设关系到煤炭企业的可持续发展。长期以来受到体制与其他内外条件的影响,我国煤炭行业管理人员整体的考核体系存在很多客观需要解决的问题。本论文立足煤炭企业的工作性质与基础,从当前我国煤炭行业存在的现状与亟待解决问题进行分析,并给出了今后煤炭企业管理人员考核体系优化建设的几点坚持原则与具体实施措施,希望能够为相关企业与人员抛砖引玉,提供一定的参考。
Coal enterprises are an important part of energy construction in our country. The internal performance appraisal and evaluation system construction of managers are related to the sustainable development of coal enterprises. For a long time by the system and other internal and external conditions, the overall evaluation system of China’s coal industry managers there are many objective problems to be solved. Based on the nature and basis of the work of the coal enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems to be solved in the current coal industry in our country, and gives some adhering principles and concrete implementation measures for the future optimization of the management system of the coal enterprises To the relevant enterprises and personnel to initiate, provide some reference.
