以氯磺酸(Cl-SO3H)为磺化剂,浓硫酸为溶剂,通过聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的磺化反应,制备了不同磺化度(DS)的磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)。采用傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)以及交流阻抗(EIS)等,测试分析了磺化度对SPEEK的结构、热稳定性、成膜性、结晶行为及质子传导率的影响。结果表明,磺化度为58%的SPEEK成膜性能优异,且在25℃时100%的相对湿度下,其质子传导率为0.05S/cm,与Nafion117膜接近。
Sulfonated polyetheretherketone (SPEEK) with different degree of sulfonation (DS) was prepared by the sulfonation reaction of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) with chlorosulfonic acid (Cl-SO3H) as the sulfonating agent and concentrated sulfuric acid as the solvent ). The structure of SPEEK was tested and analyzed by FT-IR, TGA, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) , Thermal stability, film formability, crystallization behavior and proton conductivity. The results show that the SPEEK with 58% sulfonation has excellent film-forming properties and its proton conductivity is 0.05S / cm at 100% relative humidity at 25 ℃, which is close to that of Nafion 117 film.
