油井在生产过程中,地层流体从地层流入井筒,由于温压系统及流体性质的改变等一系列因素,不可避免地形成各种有机、无机堵塞物,粘附在炮眼及筛管上堵塞流体通道,严重影响着油井的生产能力。面对渤海SZ36-1油田特殊的海上生产流程,传统的井筒循环冲洗、酸化等解堵措施均存在种种弊端,实施后效果不够理想。针对此种现象专门研发的油井复合增产措施技术系列,即使用物理、化学的结合方式在现场进行了成功的应用,取得了预期目的。经过实验室研究及在海上平台现场的大量应用,取得了良好的解堵增油效果,且该技术克服了传统工艺的各种不足,达到了很好的解堵增产的目的。
