目的研究短期卧床模拟失重对女性肌肉体积的影响及下体负压联合自行车功量计的对抗效果。方法 22名女性健康志愿者进行15 d-6°头低位卧床实验(HDBR),随机分为卧床对照组(CON,n=8);下体负压组(LBNP,n=7)和自行车功量计结合下体负压锻炼组(ERGO+LBNP,n=7)。卧床前后采用MRI技术检测股四头肌、股二头肌、缝匠肌、比目鱼肌和腓肠肌体积。结果与卧床前相比,卧床后所有被检测下肢肌肉体积均明显降低(P<0.05)。不同部位肌肉相比,腓肠肌体积降低百分比明显高于其它被检测肌肉。组间比较结果显示LBNP和ERGO+LBNP组比目鱼肌体积降低百分比明显低于CON(P<0.05)。肌肉萎缩的程度表现出较大的个体差异和部位差异。结论短期头低位卧床模拟失重导致女性下肢肌肉发生明显萎缩,下体负压以及和自行车功量计的结合对比目鱼肌的萎缩有一定的对抗效果,这种效应存在个体差异和部位差异。
Objective To study the effects of simulated short-term bedtime simulated weight on female muscle volume and countermeasures of lower body negative pressure combined bicycle dynamometer. Methods Twenty-two female healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. HDBR were randomly divided into control group (CON, n = 8), negative pressure group (LBNP, n = 7) and bicycle power Combined with lower body negative exercise group (ERGO + LBNP, n = 7). Before and after bed rest use MRI technology to detect quadriceps, biceps femoris, sartorius, soleus and gastrocnemius volume. Results Compared with that before bedtime, the muscle volume of all lower extremities tested after bed rest were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The percentage of gastrocnemius volume decreased significantly in different parts of the muscle compared with the other tested muscles. The comparison between groups showed that the percentage of soleus muscle volume decreased significantly in LBNP and ERGO + LBNP groups (P <0.05). The extent of muscle atrophy showed greater individual differences and site differences. Conclusion Short-term head-on-bed simulated weightlessness causes constriction of lower extremity muscles. The negative pressure of lower body and the combination with bicycle dynamometer have some antagonistic effects on the atrophy of soleus muscle. There are individual differences and site differences in this effect.
