闭合性膀胱破裂是闭合性腹部内脏损伤的一种,如果不及时治疗死亡率很高。我院自1984～1994年收治了15例闭合性膀胱破裂患者,其诊治体会如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:本组病例男性9例,女性6例。年龄最大69岁,最小21岁。交通事故汽车和手扶车撞伤8例,被重物坠伤和坭土压伤6例。产妇分娩过程疑子宫破裂(实际膀胱破裂)1例。1.2 临床表现:大多数病者有受伤史,伤后下腹部剧烈疼痛,为持续性痛。全腹肌紧张并有压痛反跳痛,肠 Closed bladder rupture is a closed abdominal visceral injury, if not treated in time the mortality rate is high.
