目前,大埔县共完成了14个镇(场)文化站和大埔县文化馆、大埔县博物馆、大埔县广东汉剧传承保护中心排练场及3个镇露天剧场的新建任务;完成了10个镇文化站和大埔县图书馆的扩建工程。专业比赛和群众文艺创作成绩喜人,精品不断问世。荣获广东省“五个一”工程奖。但是,存在的问题也不容忽视。一、大埔县文化事业发展存在的问题通过实施省人大议案,全县文化设施建设虽然取得了较大成绩,但是遗留问题较多。
