目的:分析山栀茶挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并通过GC-MS技术分析鉴定其化学成分。结果:从山栀茶挥发油中共分离鉴定了56个化学成分,占挥发油总量的72.1%,其中含量最高的为顺式马鞭草烯酮21.53%,其次是己醛6.10%、8-羟基-对聚伞素3.37%、(-)-反式松香芹醇3.33%。结论:山栀茶中的挥发油含多种化学成分,该实验为有效控制山栀茶药材质量、开发利用贵州民族用药提供科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile oil components of Gardenia jasminoides. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical composition was identified by GC-MS. Results: A total of 56 chemical constituents were isolated and identified from the volatile oil of Yajiaocha, accounting for 72.1% of the total volatile oil. Among them, the content of cisplatin was 21.53%, followed by hexanal, 6.10%, 8-hydroxy- Cystatin 3.37%, (-) - trans-Pine carveol 3.33%. Conclusion: The volatile oil in the gardenia tea contains various chemical components. This experiment provides a scientific basis for the effective control of the quality of the medicinal materials of the gardenia tea and the development and utilization of Guizhou ethnic medicine.
