针对黑龙江某辉钼矿尾矿进行了矿物分析,结果显示该尾矿中石英的含量为70.63%,铁矿物含量为1.56%。为了提取其中的铁和石英,提高资源利用率,采取“尾矿磁选-酸浸-碱法浮选”的实验流程,在磁场强度为160 k A/m时取得了铁精矿品位21.12%,回收率85.83%;采用硫酸浓度为60%、固液比为4、温度为20℃、反应时间为120 min的酸浸实验得到了SiO_2含量为91.48%的酸浸精矿;通过碱法浮选最终获得了SiO_2含量为98.14%,氧化铝含量为0.52%的石英精矿。
According to the mineral analysis of a molybdenite tailings in Heilongjiang Province, the results show that the content of quartz in the tailings is 70.63% and the content of iron minerals is 1.56%. In order to extract the iron and quartz and improve the resource utilization rate, the experimental procedure of “tailings magnetic separation - pickling - alkali flotation” was adopted to obtain the iron concentrate grade at a magnetic field strength of 160 kA / m 21.12% and the recovery rate of 85.83%. The acid leaching concentrate with the SiO 2 content of 91.48% was obtained by acid leaching experiment with sulfuric acid concentration of 60%, solid-liquid ratio of 4, temperature of 20 ℃ and reaction time of 120 min. Flotation finally obtained quartz concentrate with SiO 2 content of 98.14% and alumina content of 0.52%.
