Analyzing human peripheral lymphocyte chromosomes can make a biological estimate of the radiation dose of the exposed person, complementing the physical measurements. This article reports the results of a cytogenetic study conducted by a team of hospital radiologists and nuclear medicine professionals. Subjects and Methods The group of 11 patients, including 5 males and 6 females, aged 38 to 57 years old, according to the dose service department records, the cumulative individual dose mean 69.8mSv, a very poor 0.4 ~ 300mSv.
