从队伍建设、创作阵地、资金保障、创作理念的提升、创作品牌的确立、区域资源的挖掘等方面分析了制约丽水市文学创作队伍良性发展的因素,进而提出了促进丽水市文学创作队伍良性发展的相应建议:加大政府和组织的扶持力度;确立创作人才选拔和培养的机制;优化创作文学精品的环境;挖掘区域资源,培育文化品牌;加强文学评论,扩大创作影响;探索文学创作与文化产业“共赢”的模式。
This paper analyzes the factors restricting the healthy development of literary creation team in Lishui City from the aspects of team building, creative position, capital guarantee, creation idea creation, establishment of creative brand and excavation of regional resources, and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the sound development of literary creative team in Lishui City The author puts forward suggestions to increase the support for government and organizations, establish the mechanism of selecting and cultivating creative talents, optimize the environment for creating excellent literature, excavate regional resources and cultivate cultural brands, strengthen literary criticism and expand the creative influence, Industry “win-win ” model.
