在对掩护式支架结构进行合理简化的基础上,建立了支架的有限元分析模型并对其进行整架强度有限元分析,着重分析了支架在顶梁弯曲、底座扭转工况时的应力分布,指出了支架强度设计上存在的问题,为改进设计提供了参考。
Based on the rational simplification of the shield support structure, the finite element analysis model of the support was established and the finite element analysis of the whole strength was carried out. The stress distribution of the support during the bending of the roof support and the torsion of the foundation was emphatically analyzed. It points out the problems in the design of the support strength and provides a reference for improving the design.
