教学过程中的师幼互动是影响教学有效性的重要因素,而现场的教学回应,作为最直接的师幼互动形式,更是实现有效教学的关键。学龄前儿童处于语言、思维的发展期,他们对事物的感知多以形象思维为主,抽象思维欠缺,语言表达能力较弱,这些都决定了师幼互动的独特性。“听得懂孩子说的话,说孩子听得懂的话”是有效回应的关键。只有这样,在教学中,教师才能把握幼儿的所思所想,才能激起幼儿的学习热情和探究欲望。
The interaction between teacher and child in the process of teaching is an important factor that affects the effectiveness of teaching. However, as the most direct form of teacher-child interaction, the on-site teaching response is the key to effective teaching. Preschoolers are in the language, the development of thinking, their perception of things and more based on the image of thinking, lack of abstract thinking, language skills are weak, which determine the unique nature of teacher-child interaction. “Can understand the child to say, say the child can understand” is the key to effective response.
